Order & Processing Timeline

• Once your order is placed, we immediately process it with our manufacturer.

• Production and delivery from our manufacturer to our Dubai facility usually takes 10–14 business days.

• After we receive your items, we perform quality checks before preparing them for final shipping.
  
  

 Shipping from Dubai

• Orders are shipped directly from our Dubai hub to your location.-

• Delivery times may vary depending on destination:
  

• UAE (local shipping): 2–4 business days after dispatch
  

• International shipping: 7–14 business days after dispatch
  
  

 Shipping Costs

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and courier fees.
  

• International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied by their country.
  
  

 Tracking

• Once your order ships from our Dubai hub, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  

• Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update after dispatch.
  
  

 Important Notes

• Because we produce orders based on demand, cancellations are not possible once production begins.
  

• Please ensure your shipping details are correct, as we cannot be held responsible for lost parcels due to incorrect addresses.
