REFUND POLICY
At Section 22, each piece is made and processed with precision. Because of our on-demand production model and limited releases, all sales are final. Please read carefully before placing your order.
No Returns or Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed. Each order is locked in with our manufacturer immediately, and production begins. This means we cannot cancel, change, or refund an order once it is confirmed.
No Refunds
We do not provide refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or delays caused by courier/customs. Refunds will only be considered in rare cases where:
The product arrives with a major defect (not related to size, fit, or minor variations).
The wrong item was shipped.
Sizing & Accuracy
Customers are responsible for carefully checking the size guide and product details before purchasing. Section 22 is not responsible for orders placed in the wrong size or color.
Why We Have This Policy
Our pieces are limited production and made-to-order. Once we begin production and shipping, costs are committed, and we cannot re-sell returned items. Accepting returns or refunds would place us at a loss and disrupt the exclusivity of our drops.
